You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• Your item is significantly different from the description
• Your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@luma.com and include your order number and photos (if applicable).

• We do not accept returns for change of mind
• Return shipping may be required depending on the situation
